Modus Consultancy Ltd is a progressive company working with new and established pharmaceutical companies, to ensure patient safety and compliance with regulations.
Job Title: Quality Administration Assistant
Hours: 15 hours/week (flexible)
Holiday: 20 days + Bank Holidays (pro-rata)
Term: 6 months to permanent
Location: Ashford, Kent
Providing administrative quality support to the Responsible Persons (RPs) with regards to GDP (Good Distribution Practice) and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) activities. GDP/GMP activities include Standard Operating Procedures, Change Control, Deviations, Product Recalls, Audits, Risk Management, Complaints and Technical Agreements.
Supporting the general office admin functions including telephone, post and email queries.
Raising and sending invoices.
Maintaining company documents and logs.
Experience of pharmaceuticals is advantageous but not necessary.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Able to prioritise own workload and work under pressure to deadlines.
Reliable and hard-working with good attention to detail.
Ability to adapt to changing environments.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
All training will be provided.
